Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) set-asides on this list are specific to the Department of Veterans Affairs under its Vets First program. VA set-aside and sole-source awards require SBA VetCert certification; there is no self-certification for these opportunities. A VOSB must be small and at least 51% owned and controlled by one or more veterans. Details: SBA veteran contracting programs (VetCert).
